Courses relate to general horticulture topics and specialties within ornamental and landscape horticulture including:
The program is taught only on Northwest Campus.
Students may take courses for credit or through alternative methods to increase their knowledge and skills in maintaining their gardens and home landscapes.
Student may take credit courses to work toward:
Academic courses may also be taken in preparation for advanced degrees in horticulture at senior institutions.
Courses may be taken during the day or night. All courses are offered at least once as a day or night course during a two-year period.
Students who want to take a course but do not need college credit may enroll in the course through alternative methods, such as:
